Delivery Charges and Shipping

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. Delivery is done by the SA Post Office (counter-to-counter with tracking numbers) or courier. We do not do collections. If under extreme conditions or urgent orders we do allow collections, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Claims for missing shipped items will not be entertained if not reported to us within 14 days of date of shipment.

All orders over and above R1000 will have free shipping, otherwise a R50 shipping charge will apply! (For South Africa Only, quotes on request for bordering countries).
